1. Eligibility
Professional advisory engagements are bespoke. Refund eligibility depends on the executed statement of work, milestones invoiced, and work already performed. Where statutory consumer rights apply to individuals purchasing services online, those rights remain available in addition to these commercial terms.

2. Timeframe
For cancellable online purchases where applicable law grants a cooling-off period, written notice within fourteen days of purchase may qualify for a refund of unused portions, excluding services already rendered or third-party costs incurred with your authorization.
Corporate clients should refer to their engagement letter for termination for convenience windows and any associated fees.
3. Contact
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@prime-core.one with engagement reference numbers, dates, and a concise description of the issue. We acknowledge receipt within five business days where possible.
4. Exceptions
Deliverables already accepted, workshops already delivered, or third-party pass-through expenses are generally non-refundable. Rush fees and non-recoverable vendor deposits may also be excluded depending on contract language.
5. Process
We review the engagement file, confirm work completed versus invoiced, and respond with a written decision. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where feasible within a commercially reasonable period.
If partial performance occurred, refunds may be prorated according to the engagement terms.
6. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid directly to VectorHinge Advisory for services described on this site. It does not govern marketplace purchases or third-party subscriptions referenced only for context.
