You may view, download, and print reasonable portions of content for internal transaction evaluation purposes. You may not scrape the site to build competing datasets, redistribute reports without permission, or remove proprietary notices.

Client deliverables produced under separate statements of work remain governed by those contracts. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of third-party materials referenced in summaries or bibliographies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would cause another jurisdiction's laws to apply. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
